ANTIQUE RANGE

Collection of wines from individual soleras. Each wine has the optimal old age for its style. To show their original colors they are presented in transparent glass bottles. Old wines of limited edition and exceptional quality. They are bottled from the hearth itself, without undergoing any type of filtering or subsequent treatment, thus maintaining all its purity.

BASIC INFORMATION
Production area: Jerez de la Frontera

Type of grape: 100% Palomino Fino

Type of aging: Grape pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Headed at 15% and subjected to biological aging under flower yeasts in oak barrels by the traditional system of soleras and criaderas for 9 years. Headed for the second time up to 17% before bottling.

Years of barrel aging: 9 years

Sugars: 1 gr / l.
Acidity: 4.16 gr / l.

Color: Bright gold.

Nose: Of remarkable intensity, fresh, delicate and elegant.

Mouth: notes of hazelnut, oak, green olive and nice saline touches.

PAIRING Sausages, olives, nuts, fish and seafood.
