Extra virgin olive oil, 100 % Picual Olives.

Elegant , understated , delicate and full of personality. The nose hits with a huge range of spring vegetables : Green beans , tomatoes , alfalfa, green almonds , apricots , lettuce, green barley , kiwi , strawberries , persimmons , acorns from oak and other details in the background. The palate is fine and elegant, green fruits and leaf notes with herbs. Long lingering aftertaste. Balanced bitter and spicy. The olive trees of the Villa are in a place of incomparable beauty. Surrounded by mountains, pine , maple, ash ... All this in the Natural Park Font Roja Natural Park and the Sierra de Mariola . The oil is extracted , cold through a high technology method and two-phases, so maintenance of all organoleptic qualities is guaranteed.
