Masia El Altet High Quality

 

This AOVE is a blend of the following varieties : Picual (60 % ) , Arbequina (20 % ) , and the remaining 20 % is complemented by Genovesa , Blanqueta and Alfafarenca .

The result of this is a splendid blend oil itself, balanced and complexity seal.On the nose, we observe notes of freshly cut grass, bush of tomato , green tomato , barley , raisins, prunes , notes of green banana, apple , peach , wheat, green almond and citrus.

The palate shows us a first phase dense and sweet , with a spicy and sour perfectly balanced , complex, notes of artichoke , green banana and citrus.

Finca olive trees are in a place of incomparable beauty. Surrounded by mountains , pines , maples, ash trees ... All this in the Natural Park of Font Roja and the Natural Park of the Sierra de Mariola . The oil is extracted , cold , through a high-tech method and two phases. So organolétpica the best quality is obtained.
