Almazara de Muela is made with three varieties of olives: Picual Hojiblanca and Picuda.
These are collected in the Cordovan Subbética area during the month of December.
Its fruity is light of ripe olives, this makes it a sweet oil, slightly bitter and an almost imperceptible spiciness.
These qualities make it especially suitable for general use in cooking, stews and meat roasts, stews, rice dishes, stir-fries, and it is also ideal for frying.
