Only with olives produced by Hacienda Queiles, and with an early harvesting of the olives by means of vibration to prevent them from hitting or touching the ground, it is made in the oil mill itself, awarded with the award for Best Oil Mill in 2008. The technological system of Grinding is based on two mills that carry out their work at low revolutions, in order to avoid an excess of temperature in the frictions, and on some new inertisable mixers, which improve the mixing of the pasta. To achieve the highest quality in the oil, the maximum period for olive harvesting is 3 hours.
This is a completely organic oil that has not been synthesized with any chemicals. The cultivation carried out in the Hacienda Queiles payment is completely ecological and natural. A fundamental aspect for Hacienda Queiles, which manages to offer its consumers a high quality extra virgin olive oil.
Fruity of mostly green fresh olives with some ripe, green grass, green leaf, green apple, green almond, slightly ripe banana, ripe tomato.
Practically the same aromatic profiles are perceived, predominantly slightly ripe banana, apple and almond, sweet on the palate and hardly any bitterness or itching detected.
