PROCESSED DESCRIPTION
Reception of the olives, cleaned, washed and weighed, for subsequent grinding in less than 1 hour from receipt. Mixing the dough and obtaining the extra virgin olive oil by centrifugation. Finally proceeding to the filtering of the resulting extra virgin olive oil and stored in inert tanks, for its subsequent packaging.
