MiOliva

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made with olives of the "arbequina" variety. It is made cold and in less than twelve hours from the harvest of the olives.

The olives for this oil are taken already enveraged (40% black), thus obtaining an oil with a mild aroma of ripe and sweet fruits, where the banana and kivi stand out.

The other varieties that it incorporates (always less than 5% empeltre, arroniz, picual), enhance the aroma and add body and stability.

The result is an oil with the aroma of ripe fruits, with light green grass touches, being fluid and sweet when tasted and leaving a very slight itch at the end.
