Family business specialized in the comprehensive management of Olive Oil in its different categories and varieties.


We select only the best olives, and collect them at their right ripening moment, which ensures the highest quality of the product.


Once the olive is harvested, we transfer it to our Oil Mill, where it is immediately cold-milled to preserve the quality of the final product.


The cold extraction process is carried out by mechanical procedures and below 22ºC, with the aim of altering as little as possible the original flavor and properties of the olive and thus obtaining first extraction Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) to keep intact all its properties, vitamins and fatty acids highly beneficial to the body.

Llano del Espinar



Very cozy village belonging to the municipality of Castro del Río (Córdoba) that stands out for the geographical environment in which it is located. Located between the countryside and the subbética cordobesa and at an approximate altitude of 600 meters above sea level, this village has very fertile land and conducive to the cultivation of olive and vine. It is integrated into a typical olive area, the origin of the cultivation comes from the time of Roman domination where the cultivation of the olive grove experienced a great territorial expansion throughout Andalusia.
