Soto | Manrique, a project totally involved in corporate social responsibility, respectful of the environment and natural in which we work and in solidarity with the people who inhabit it, works in the cultivation of the vineyards, its production as wines and its promotion and commercialization throughout the world. Our goal is to move the landscape, its customs, its people, its cultural work throughout the largest possible number of countries.

We think that the vineyards of Spain and their wines should be considered cultural heritage out of respect for all those vineyards that have taken care of them, take care of them and consider them as part of their culture and family.

The Soto family | Manrique has participated as a proprietary partner in projects such as Bodega Belondrade and Bodegas Leda Viñas Viejas and now the second generation is launching its own winemaking project.

We think, design and define the wines from the grape variety that shapes them and from the soils where they settle, looking for simplicity, the most direct and vertical expression and the maximum freshness.

For this he works with vineyards settled on loose soils, avoiding vineyards on clay soils, we like sandy, limestone, granitic, slate soils that can provide the necessary freshness and elegance and the maximum respect for variety.

This is repeated in the winery, not using means in the fermentation and aging that can provide external factors to the personality of the variety, for this purpose, concrete, stainless steel, used wooden barrels and clay amphoras are used. The result is simple wines, direct, very fresh, varietal, with an excellent value for money and through which we can enjoy. Original and accessible wines, at the moment Tinita Viñas de Verdejo, Oranjas Azules Garnacha, La Orquesta Soto | Manrique and La Viña de Ayer.
